Hi, I'm Phyllis. I've been married for 20 years and have three kids. Recently, I discovered a way to regain my old body.
I remember when I was in my 30s and 40s, I used to:
Have lots of energy throughout the day
Stay in shape even though I ate burgers and fries
Eat whatever I wanted without seeing any changes
Maintain my body shape without going to the gym often
Feel attractive in tight dresses, shirts, and leggings
That was how I was until I reached my early 50s.

First thing I did when I got back home was to begin a running program.
But, I found out FAST that my bones were not going to sustain extra pressure I was carrying.
Then, I started a detox with fasting and greens.
I had lost some mass early on, but I was starving every few hours, so I ended up eaterything in sight to satisfy my hunger.
I even tried some unusual cures that a man at the farmers market said helped him.
I would make drinks like a pro with cranberry juice, apple cider vinegar, mandarins, bananas, and more.
I tried those crazy detox pads you see all over Tik-Tok when I was on a "homeopathic health" kick. (...and it makes me feel awful to admit that I bought them in the first place...)
After that, I tried Intermittent Fasting. It had some great advantages, but I missed having dinner with my family.
Next, I started tracking all my meals using a fitness app. I even followed a Pescetarian diet for a whole two months. But despite my efforts, the number on the scale remained the same.
I started wondering, "Could there be an underlying illness causing all of this?"
To find out, I scheduled an appointment with my family doctor to run some tests.

Gently, she said, "Phyllis, there's no need to blame yourself for the extra weight."
She explained that my weight gain had nothing to do with what I eat or how much I exercise.
Then, she looked around to make sure nobody was listening and whispered, "Phyllis, I've known Steve & the family for a long time. I don't share this with everyone, but I want to tell you about something that could really help."
"It's a bit unconventional, but it's backed by strong research."
I thought she might suggest some kind of pill to suppress my food cravings, but she surprised me with something different.
She went on to tell me about a 10-second juice trick that she learned about at a recent seminar she attended.

She continued, "Others who have used this product have experienced three incredible benefits:
No need to change your eating habits.
No need for intense exercise.
It works amazingly fast."
"And the best part is, it only takes about 10 seconds each day."
She added, "I've sent you all the information in an email."
Just then, I heard a notification on my phone indicating the arrival of the email.
Intrigued, I immediately clicked the link as soon as I got into my car.
As I watched the video, 30 minutes flew by, and I was absolutely amazed by everything I learned.
Could something so quick and easy to do every day really deliver those kind of results for me?
Despite my lingering doubts, my heart told me, "Let's give it a try! What do you have to lose?"
And so, I decided to listen to my heart...
